Why We Get Sick, and How We Can Heal:

Many of us find that in our busy lives we become caught up in rushing here and there, stressing about all kinds of things throughout the day, and not taking time to properly care for ourselves by eating fast-foods or not getting enough rest, so eventually we find ourselves burnt out, exhausted, and feeling just plain ‘sick’ from leading lives that are ‘out of balance’.

When we are ‘out of balance’ we experience illness, or ‘dis-ease’ which can feel like just ‘being off’, cloudy thinking, confusion, tiredness, and general malaise, to far more serious diseases that have finally ‘downloaded’ from the subtle bodies to the physical body, if not addressed.  Just like a vehicle that needs regular ‘tune-ups’ in order to run properly, we humans need ‘tune-ups’ as well, in order to clear our auric fields (prevention) and bring us back into a state of ‘homeostasis’ (balance) again, so the body can naturally heal itself.

Vibrational Healing is a powerfully effective (and enjoyable!) way of bringing the body back into balance again, creating an optimal state of health and well-being.  I created the SAHTHA (TM) Method (“Self-Aware Healing Through Harmonic Attunement”) to help my clients regain their health again not only at the physical level, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, as well.

This method works to harmonize the chakras, meridians, and subtle bodies, creating renewed health and vitality, clear thinking, ecstatic joy, and connection with Spirit in helping you to align with your Soul’s desires.

Through alcohol and/or drug abuse, and any addictive behavior such as smoking, sexual addiction, overeating, etc.  Through some prescribed medications (and even over-the-counter medications) and/or medical procedures such as chemotherapy, radiation, etc.

How Imbalances Occur:  A Vibrational Perspective

A typical day for most Americans is to wake-up to the sound of an alarm clock (that is, if you weren’t already up worrying about not having slept), stumble into the bathroom to get ready for work, and then jump into the car.

More days than not, you skip breakfast, order fast food for lunch, and have an afternoon pick-me-up of sugar and caffeine.  Then, at around 5 o’clock, you sit in rush-hour traffic so you can go home, pick up the kids, and drive them to all of their evening appointments.

You live a very busy life.

The truth is that most of us cannot afford to change our present lifestyle and circumstances or we don’t believe that change is possible.

The results from being so caught up in rushing from here and there is that you do not have the time to properly care for yourself.

Without enough rest and proper self-care you eventually burn out, feeling exhausted, and just plain “sick” from leading a life that is out-of-balance.

You Are More Than Just Your Physical Body!

When you are out-of-balance for long periods of time, imbalances begin to stir in the subtle bodies.

Subtle bodies are like spheres of energy that both surround and interpenetrate the physical body.

You have an emotional body, a mental body, and a spiritual body.

Imbalances in the subtle bodies feel like just “being off,” cloudy thinking, confusion, tiredness, and general malaise.

Over time these imbalances will download form the subtle bodies to the physical body causing illness and more serious diseases.

Just like a vehicle that needs regular tune-ups in order to run properly, you need “tune-ups” as well.

You need to clear your subtle bodies (prevention) to bring yourself back into a state of homeostasis (balance) again.

When you do this, the body will naturally heal itself!
